My Advice to P-Square

The other day, I listened to Peter of P-Square's 'Cool it down' track. The song was a nice rendition, and it had this smooth flavour, but I must say that it would have been a massive hit and a thoroughly enjoyable song, had Paul been on that track.

Severally, I unconsciously strained, waiting to hear Paul's voice echo in the background with his sonorous back-up lines, but I was always disappointed.
Then I saw the video.
Then I realized how amazing these boys were when they were together. Even the dance routines clearly lacked the Paul effect. No, Paul is not a better dancer, I am talking about the chemistry between the twin brothers on every track.
Something about them as a team, made us fall madly in love with the brand p-square.

Are we going to see them again together dishing out the sounds that made us follow their story from grass to grace? I can't tell.

There are so many rumours surrounding their feud. So many rumours that one does not know which to believe. Some even say it is just a publicity stunt. That they have something up their sleeves.

I don't know if that is true, and honestly, I don't care. What I care about is good music. What I care about is them sustaining what they have struggled, and I must add, suffered, hard to build.

What advice do I have for them? None!
Honestly, what advice can I actually give to grown up men who are set in their minds?

And by the way, there is an almost nonexistent chance that they will read this piece.

They should just do what is best for them, their families and their careers.

I pray for a better Nigeria.
